Instructional Coaching

Instructional Coaching is a job-embedded, collaborative process designed to enhance teaching effectiveness and improve student learning outcomes by focusing on evidence-based instructional strategies.  The goal is to foster a culture of continuous improvement where all teachers feel supported in refining their craft, leading to deeper engagement and higher achievement for every student.
